About the Test
Under the trademark CoviTek series, our SARS-CoV-2 Detection by RT-qPCR is a real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test based on the CDC EUA test panel, using the high throughput ABI 7900HT Fast amplification system. The SARS CoV-2 primer and probe sets are designed to detect RNA from the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid gene, in epitopes N1 and N2, in clinical samples. Our CoviTek test is fully validated according to EUA requirements and is currently reviewed by the FDA.
